Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the BitcoHunters Academy affiliate program run by SEBO Solutions UAB, company code 305956934, 44a Gediminas Avenue, 01110 Vilnius, Lithuania ("we", "us"). By joining the program you ("the affiliate") agree to them.

1. Joining

1.1 You can join if you are at least 18 years old. You can join as a private person or as a company.

1.2 You join with the sign-up form or from your student area. We may also open an affiliate account for you.

1.3 We may refuse an application, or close an account, at our discretion — for example if the information you gave us is wrong or if these terms are broken.

1.4 One person or company may have only one affiliate account.

2. Your referral link

2.1 You get a personal referral link and a referral code. You can share them with people who may be interested in BitcoHunters Academy.

2.2 When someone opens your link and accepts the referral cookie, we remember your link for 60 days. A person can also type your referral code at checkout.

2.3 If that person pays for a course or pack within those 60 days, they become your referred student.

2.4 A referred student stays yours. You earn a commission on every payment they make to BitcoHunters Academy later, including each instalment of a payment plan — even if they don't use your link again.

2.5 The first affiliate wins: if a person is already the referred student of another affiliate, a later link or code doesn't change that.

2.6 You don't earn a commission on your own purchases, or on purchases made by accounts you own or control.

2.7 If a person rejects the referral cookie and does not type your code at checkout, we can't link the purchase to you.

3. Your commission

3.1 Your commission is a percentage of the amount we actually receive for each payment of your referred students, after discounts and coupons, and without any VAT. Your current rate is shown in your affiliate area.

3.2 We may agree a different rate with you. We may change your rate for future payments by telling you at least 14 days in advance. A change never affects commissions already earned.

3.3 A commission is approved when we have received the payment.

3.4 If a payment is refunded or cancelled before your commission is paid, the commission is cancelled. If it is refunded after your commission was paid, we deduct that amount from your next payouts.

3.5 If your balance is negative and no new commissions come in for 90 days, we write the negative balance off.

4. Payouts

4.1 We pay every week. Commissions approved from Monday to Sunday are paid on the Tuesday, 9 days after that Sunday. This waiting time allows for refunds.

4.2 We pay in USDC or USDT to the wallet you choose in your affiliate area: USDC (Ethereum network, ERC20), USDT (Ethereum network, ERC20) or USDT (Tron network, TRC20). Amounts are in US dollars, paid 1:1 in the stablecoin.

4.3 We pay the network fee.

4.4 The minimum payout is $20. A smaller amount moves on to the next week.

4.5 Before your first payout you must fill in your payout details (full name, country, and whether you are a private person or a company; for a company also the company name and VAT number).

4.6 We may ask for proof of identity, or for an invoice from you, before paying.

4.7 You are responsible for the wallet address and the network you enter. A new or changed wallet can be used for payouts 48 hours after you confirm it by email. Money sent to the address you gave us is paid; we cannot recover crypto sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network that you chose.

4.8 After each payout you see the transaction in your affiliate area, with a link to the public blockchain record.

4.9 You are responsible for your own taxes on the commissions you receive.

5. How you may promote us

5.1 Be honest. Tell people that you earn a commission when they buy through your link (for example "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you join"). EU consumer law requires this.

5.2 Don't make promises we don't make: no promises of income, profits or results, and no discounts or bonuses we don't offer.

5.3 Don't send spam, and don't contact people who didn't agree to hear from you.

5.4 Don't bid on "BitcoHunters" or similar names in search ads, and don't create websites, social profiles or emails that look like ours.

5.5 Don't post fake reviews, and don't publish our coupon codes on coupon or deal websites without our written OK.

5.6 You may use the name "BitcoHunters Academy" and the materials we give you, only to promote the academy and only in their original form.

5.7 If you break these rules, we may cancel the commissions linked to the breach and close your account.

6. Personal data

6.1 In your affiliate area you see limited information about your referred students: first name and last initial, a masked email address, the date, the course or pack, the amount paid and your commission.

6.2 You may use this information only to follow your commissions. Don't copy it, share it or use it to contact people.

6.3 We process your own data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Ending the program

7.1 You can leave at any time by writing to info@bitcohunters.com.

7.2 We can end the program, or your participation, by telling you by email.

7.3 Approved commissions that are not paid yet are still paid on the normal schedule, unless the account was closed for fraud or for breaking these terms.

8. Other

8.1 You act independently. These terms don't make you our employee, agent or partner, and you can't make promises in our name.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the commissions you earned in the last 12 months.

8.3 We may update these terms. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before important changes take effect.

8.4 These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
